Up and down and around we go. My singular lilac rose, perfectly in bloom from Valentine’s Day, is a delicate and most welcome sight when I am in the kitchen. Just beautiful, these small pleasures. And the large pleasures ain’t bad either! We met our Kickstarter goal, which means the Fog will roll again, into Austin to Threadgill’s for the Spring Music Fog Marathon. I am booking it as we speak. Multi-tasking, actually, listening to my iTunes library while I am watching TV while I am writing, while I am doing the laundry and dishes. Whew.
Today’s video is from a Fog favorite, Uncle Lucius. They have been chronicled on Music Fog from the beginning of our existence, and close to the start for them too. It was last year during MusicFest at Steamboat Springs that we filmed this song. It is an exclusive, and has not yet been released. In fact, it was so new at the time, that it was named while that session was going on. Pretty cool, huh, watching art get born. If you haven’t seen this band play live yet, you gotta!
