Music Fog "The Jessie Scott Vortex"
Arghhhhh, how I hate these Music Fog crew's choice mandates; it's like having to decide which child is one's favorite! No can do, so to continue my NOT picking a music video, where I would have to pick one artist, thereby alienating all the others, I go back to the space I love best. THE VORTEX.
In fact, I love the concept of the vortex so much, I am now in Texas, where it can happen at any time. Not to mention that the effect can happen in other locales, as well, but it seems to occur with more regularity where there are a lot of musicians. New to the concept?
When we were at SXSW, we got invited to a house party, with touch football, great food, and throw-down music from a cast of luminaries that just happened to be on hand on this beautiful ranch spread somewhere out of town. None of us knew where we were going, or what was in store, which was a spectacularly good time! Sometimes, you just gotta trust it and go with the flow!
