In the spirit of full disclosure, we'd like to officially announce the Music Fog "Million-Dollar Ad" on Craigslist. "What is it for," you ask? Well, traveling around the country to cover music festivals (along with the equipment you need to accomplish this) costs a ton of money. And since UNICEF doesn't fund new media companies, we need to get cash somewhere else. So we figured we'd start with a crazy ad on a shady classifieds website. That's how we roll, folks!
Yes, we're officially looking for a sponsor or two help us bring this amazing music to the masses. But let me make this heartfelt promise to all of you: should we gain a sponsor or two, we'll do everything in our power to make sure that this site does not get crammed with tasteless ads or pop-ups. Nobody wants to look at an annoying website, we get that.
If you get a chance, check the ad out and if you dig it, then flag it for the "Best of Craigslist." That would be really cool.
