Tom Gillam has a brand new album out as of October 9th called “Had Enough?” It is the follow up to 2007’s “Never Look Back," and has a decidedly more Texas feel to it. No wonder, as Tom relocated from Philadelphia to Austin, becoming clean and sober along the way. And the way is being populated by gigs, Tom having just made another trip to Europe to tour, and then playing a stellar lineup with Cross Canadian Ragweed, Shooter Jennings, and Jason Boland, to name a few, at the 2nd Annual Red Dirt Roundup at Nacogdoches this past October 17th. Seems to me a new wave of Southern Rock is being born. First video out of Tom Gillam's new album is the roots rocking “Real Thing.”
