Looks like the folks in Luckenbach are at it again. Abbey sent us this today:
"We need 2,000 guitar players to help us break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Guitar Ensemble. The record is currently held by the Germans, with 1803 players. Our Attempt will take place on August 23rd. All proceeds from the event go to the Voices of a Greatful Nation Project which supports our vets."
They'd like to have at least 1,000 people registered for this thing by July 1st. You can do that here.
Good luck to everyone who decides to take part in this historic event...and make sure to tune your geetar before you play! We need to take down those Germans...
