It was supposed to happen on Jan. 15th - but Will Kimbrough got the call to
write music with Mr. Jimmy Buffet. With a quick advance in the calendar &
fast word-on-the street, DADDY (Will Kimbrough & Tommy Womack with John
Deaderick, Paul Griffith & Dave Jacques) claimed the stage on Mon., Jan.
12th at the extremely intimate Norm's River Road House in deep West
Nashville, TN. The boys were assembled for a photo shoot & live performance
preview of their upcoming new studio album - "For The Second Time" - out
this June, in time for Father's Day. DADDY's first album - "At The Women's
Club" - was recorded live in Kentucky in 2005 and has been much buzzed &
blogged about among Todd Snider followers and the like. The Americana
super-group is already confirmed to play at the Tin Pan South Festival and
SXSW.
